These hot-dogs are mind-bottling.  Doug never disappoints!  Steamed “the Dog” & “the Elvis”, polish sausage, Chicago style.  We got into an interesting conversation.  If we were tourists and could only pick 1 Chicago food staple, which would we go to… Kuma’s or Hot Doug’s.  Initially I said Kuma’s Burger, BUT on 2nd glance at the picture I might have to jump the fence on this one.
